Animate guardian.
My current animate guardian is equipped with kingmaker, crown of the tyrant (169 life), garb of the ephemeral (15% increased effect of fortify), southbound (16%), and victario's flight. It's divergent 20/20 and currently linked to meat shield, empower 4, feeding frenzy, lifetap, and raise spectre. Its effective health pool on pob is as follows.

Animated guardian's are something I have put a lot of time into and the hands down best chest to keep them alive that is unconditional is Gruthkul's Pelt.
