22 TCM Failure to Extract. I recently bought a 22 TCM/9mm. There was no ammo available locally so the first time I shot it I shot 200 rounds of 9mm. Checked all ammo in the mag, reloaded, and continued. After the 3rd time this happened and the rim separated completely from the case, I had to stop.

After about 40 shots we had one round that was much more like a .22 Mag going off than a .22 long rifle. The bolt turn hard to open and the casing was stuck to the head of the bolt and refused to eject until I removed with my fingers.
