Aug 7, 2016 · Sudden Onset Failure to Extract Issue with G43. I am hoping the Glock Talk brain trust can help me out with a new issue with my Glock 43. The gun was purchased in May 2015 and has about 2500 rounds through it. I had some initial issues in the first 150 rounds that I think were magazine related, and the issue resolved itself. Every other glock I've owned has chambered rounds perfectly fine right out of the box, so I'm not too sure what it could be. I've put about 150 rounds through it so far and I'm still having this issue. The other problem I'm having is that out of those 150 rounds, about 12 or 13 of them didn't eject right.
