Telesto is the besto! Dont let anyone tell u otherwise lol it single handedly breaks the game almost every season...that has to stand for something lol. It's good, but not meta. You can't build around it other than it's a void fusion rifle, but either way it will do well in pve, pvp, or gambit once you get used to it.
