I manually compile Atmosphere and use the kips and exo through hekate, its way cleaner than Kosmos. Kosmos comes with a ton of crap that I don't need (ex. sigpatches, additional sysmodules etc) and its a pain in the ass to get rid of that stuff every time kosmos/sdfiles gets an update. The devs of Kosmos are pretty great tho :P

Inside that file is a folder called atmosphere. On the sd-card of your switch is also a folder called atmosphere. If you drag the atmosphere folder (with the patches inside!) onto the Root (first screen you see when you open your sd card on pc) of your sd card, it will ask you if you want to overwrite/merge these 2 atmosphere folders.
