I have received a replaced device and returned my old phone packaged as mentioned on the asurion website. I dropped the package at USPS and kept the smart label tracking number. It has been 7 days but the status of package is not updated on tracking.smartlabel.com. It shows nothing. At this point, I have no clue how should i track my package.
