It is a bug with teh Automatic Love mission, if you use the dialogue F**ked in the head then it get stuck. Reload and pick another option or there is a mod on nexues to remove the relic side effects.

I did automatic love and after I started coughing up blood, Johnny was speaking to me afterwards. It literally did not go away since. It's been 4 hours just trying to fix it. I went to sleep, tried joytoy, tried another mission, tried restarting game. so i was having this also. reloaded a save before the dialog with silverhand, skiped everything and waited the effect to go away before calling judy. It did stop, all fine now. I think the glitch may be related to calling her right away, wich i did before. dunno, pretty old common glitch still around even after 2.0. CDPR working hard I see

Pc players are able to download a mod to fix it. For us console players it seems like we just have to live with this headache until it gets patched. Some of the fixes people say work are. Getting drunk then sleeping and then saving and restarting the game, going into the water and as you tried reloading an earlier save.

Reloading saves didn't do anything, verify files doesn't work, and repeating the quest again didn't change one bit.

During the conversation DO NOT select "Fucked in the head worse than me" dialogue option, if you choose it the issue will occur again. U gotta reload a saving before that convo.
