I checked the 10 and 15-Amp fuses in the trunk and they were both fine. I have cold air and multiple fan speeds- just not blowing through the correct location.

After a couple of times, the dealer ended up replacing the HVAC control head unit which seemed to resolve the problem. That was under the warranty period, so no clue what it would have cost.3.
