This allows them to perform Common Actions and Class Actions which allow them to move, deal damage, and more when you are using the character.Happening to me once in awhile. Item hotbar slider is gone from main hotbar. I don't remember dragging it off, and tested it with other characters - some were able to slide it off, others weren't able to and the red slider tab stayed on the far right. I've tried searching the issue and previously suggested fixes don't seem to work anymore.
