Dasher waiting for order.

I place an order. Dasher accepts the order. I now watch the Dasher drive around to all manner of places for 20-30 minutes. The Dasher then abandons the order and I have to now wait for someone new to accept it. Why is this allowed? This dasher basically locked my order out from other dashers for a good half hour while my food gets cold.Complaint. Drivers get there see the lobby closed and decide waiting in the drive through isn't worth it and unassign. First dasher stole your food. They show up take the order and instead of marking it picked up they unassign.That would allow you to unassign orders without it affecting your completion rate and minimum order price. If the food is ready at 7pm and it takes me 30 minutes to sit in the drive thru to pick it up at 7:30, I should be able to unassign it penalty-free. Also, DoorDashes new "wait pay" sucks. They pay "$9/hr" for waits.
