I'd say I've explored about 100 caves, and only found the one pond so far but at least ten of the caves with the frozen pool and stone golem, so it's seemingly rarer than that. Straight ahead was a small room of water with 10 fish jumping to my feet. Walked off with 9 of them without using a rod.Ulvs don't drop anything but claws and trophies. From what I've heard, 10 caves seems to be the median for completing the set, so 15 is definitely unlucky. Based on my own experience and others' I've read, I seems that if you enter a cave with a lake and Tetra in it, then leave the cave before catching them, the fish despawn. I don't believe they respawn, but haven't tested it very thoroughly. So my advice: always bring your fishing gear when spelunking!
