Car insurance is the highest in North America living in Brampton, if I'm not mistaken. Housing is slightly cheaper there though. None of the ghettos anywhere in Europe come even close to American ghettos as far as open-air drug markets, homelessness, and violence goes. A big part of that is the fact that the United States has a huge drug market, and guns are readily available, social services are generally lacking compared to a place like the UK, and the United States is connected what is essentially a Narco-state.
