I have a question about the date coding on a Holley 600 cfm carburetor - C8OF-9510-D. Would a date code of 7B4 be correct for a 1968 Cougar XR7 GT produced on 12/19/1967? I understand that 7B4 means the 4th week of December 1967. Logic seems to indicate that the 19th would be the 3rd week of December using Sunday as the first day of a week in the count. Thanks! Steve

One is list 3310 with the original 1965 Chevy part # 3878261-EH though the date code says it's a 1969 replacement for the '65 SS 396/375hp. The other one is list 3310-1 with no other codes. Both are 4150's, 780 cfm, down leg boosters, vacuum secondary's and have been unmolested. They have identical tuning and match Holley's specs.The biggest change was the jump between the 3259 and 3259-1 main number. The 3259-1 has design features to delay the opening of the secondaries until a higher primary flow rate is reached and close the secondaries sooner as compared to the 3259 design.
