I've had a DPP and currently have the 507. The DPP has a larger window, but dot brightness is similar. The 507 is very tough based on the testing I have seen. The circle dot can be nice to have. Battery life is practically forever. Purely for competition I think the DPP is better, but for carry I will take the 507.

Neither of the 4 plates will work with the Holosun. I guess i just assumed surely one of four mounting plates would surely work right.The Holosun 407k also has a very clear lens that allows you to get a clean sight picture. In my opinion, it’s just as clear as the 507k (they are both Holosun optics after all)…. But when we start talking about the reticle, that’s where things start to change.
