Incoming mail server for comcast email.
She can receive emails but she can't sent them. The outgoing mail server SMTP account says comcast out (offline). Her user name and password are correct, the host name is smtp.comcast.net and we have checked automatically manage connection settings. Any idea why she can't send comcast emails through her mac mail?
