I had a KwikSet 910 smart lock before this one, but the lock wasn't aligned well (my fault, not the lock's fault). It destroyed itself trying to lock itself every night when sometimes the door wasn't quite shut. 910 required two screws be removed to replace the batteries, 620 allows you to remove the cover without screws (yay!).On my 264 deadbolt, the door can be locked with the Kwikset button, but the User Code will not unlock the door.
