I don’t have a link, but it was confirmed that agile does not work on athletics maneuvers with the attack trait. There is a fighter and swashbuckler feats that do the same thing. The two big benefits of having a maneuver trait is 1) not needing a free hand and b) gaining your weapon’s potency rune as an item bonus to the check.The more added damage you have though, the more valuable agile is. For example, if you are supported by a bear companion, agile becomes much more attractive.
