Okay, i know there are so many posts about trying to explain the math behind the population calculations within the game, but every single post state the things a bit differently, and this is why i still dont know how to set my sandbox zombie population multipliers correctly.

So unless you lower that starting number, 1.0 is the normal population, so you should've had zombies right from the the start. I should also mention that zombies should reach the peak population regardless of respawn settings.
