Dares of Eternity is dropping different gear. It seems like the drops are on a weekly "rotation" and pick a few sets and weapons to drop from Xur's inventory. Yeah, I got some braytech stuff, and I think I got lost pacific from it. Last week it was all faction armor. Can confirm Dares are dropping Braytech and Lost Pacific.
