Heavy weapons with cold affinity were still hitting in the upwards of 800 AR with over 120 cold buildup which then just makes you hit so much harder after that frost proc. But STR/FTH will have way more buff/weapon imbue options and flame art weapons combined with Flame, Grant me Strength is just nasty.
