Reduvia has pure Physical and is just fine. For the status build-up it works, but dmg scaling itself is buggered. You can simply see the scaling at the weapons stats. Most of the time the stats have something added, for example 200 + 150. Lets say it scales with Dex and you level up it would change to 200 + 152 or so.It scales better with dex than arcane. So putting into dex will give you more damage. But it's worth noting that arcane will give you less damage increase, but it will increase bleed build up on hit. Either one is good.
