I got the 3Ds when it first came out. My family has switched internets over the past years and I can't seem to remember the parental pin on my 3Ds. I can't connect to my most recent, newest, internet because I need the parental pin, and I cannot send an "I forgot my password" email to my dad's hotmail which is linked to the 3Ds.
