So I was driving my Sorento when I noticed that the "D" light (Drive) all of a sudden flicked off on the gauge cluster area and became blank along with the check engine light turning on.Put emergency brake on, remove the shifter upper handle, remove the lower cover so you have access to the shifter assembly, inspect for a dislodged cable or broken actuator in the shifter area.
