For the money in a carry gun, the CDP is the better buy, unless you can find an Ultra TLE II. Checkering and night sights for under $1k. But I liked the feel of the Springfield EMP 9mm much better than the Kimber Aegis 9mm. It fits my hand much better since I have a small hands. I got the EMP last July and I love it.
