You don't need to have them programmed either, swap and go, 2wd and 4wd use the same switch but you'd have to re-use the bezel and 4wd buttons if you pick up a 2wd switch.

The pin is not coder, and sometimes works itself free, gear selector shift linkage gets stuck usually in reverse. Find the pin as well, you dont want that rolling around your tranny. There might be two pins, the roller and the pin that failed. Make it coder when you put it back, wont happen again.
