Also unlikely that any other 9MM magazine will work. A while back there was talk about a 9 rd. mag, but I'm not sure anyone has ever seen one.Actually after perusing the Taurus Armas site they show a 709 with the extension and extended magazine. For some reason it's not here in America yet.
