With multi hit a crit crits all targets, but the damage they each take is variable. With multi hit you also get reduced exp with weapons. The setting assumes you're always hitting the maximum number of targets possible with a multi hit weapon. So if a crowbar only hits 2 enemies, you get 2/3 the normal exp because it could hit 3.I don't play with multi hit but I have some suggestions to balance it.
