I have not experienced any of the negative customer service issues others have complained about here. In fact it's the opposite. Prices are decent and all that I'd expect to see in a Binny's. Very large gin selection, would like to see more bitters but the store is clean, well-lit and the staff see friendly. The parking is ample.

Varied price points for every budget, from $10 to $40. One of the Demo table hosts was late arriving, but for 6:00pm start on a Thursday evening rush hour - that can happen. The Table Hosts were knowledgable and interacted well with the shoppers. This was our first visit to the River Grove Binny's, but won't be our last.
