Take a look at International Clays. Really, 12 and 20 would do best with two different powders, especially if you want to load 1 oz. in the 12ga. The 20ga calls for a slower powder which is really only truly suitable for heavier 1-1/8 or 1-1/4 oz 12ga loads. International, even, is a bit too fast for 20 ga and your pressures get pretty high.
