All I would need are the hydro's and 7.3 bell housing, dual mass flywheel and clutch if I am understanding everything correctly. My T19 I kinda have to shift like I'm driving a big rig and match ... Just jacked it up and took the cross member out, took the shifters out, including the 4 allen screws and top of trans. The long story is that there are some other things that will need to be changed, so having access to a parts truck makes it a lot easier. The swap is well documented here and many have been done successfully.

Be sure to get the tranny hump cover from in the cab too. You'll have to drill holes in the frame to relocate the cross member and skid plate.
