Started to overheat after a trip to an ORV park but I washed the radiator out and its pretty clean on the outside. Also drained and refilled the system completely.

Test the O2 sensors, they can get old and slow to react. Typical O2 sensor service life is about 100,000-150,000 miles. Replace the coolant temperature sensor on the thermostat housing.
