Jeep wrangler overheating while driving.

When I’m driving about 70MPH my jeep overheats. I can drive around town all day and go 55-60 on the highway with no problems (temperature stays just about 210, just under 210 is normal for a Jeep, so a little hotter than normal but will never overheat.) This is what I’ve done so far…. New radiator cap. New Thermostat. New water pump.Most likely in the engine block if radiator, hoses and the water pump were changed. That could explain running fine for a time and then clogging up the system and causing the overheating. But I think this is the least likely, a blocked engine would act up all the time. Thermostat is not that old (about a year) so I replaced the PCV valve which was toast (and quite a pain in the arse). At idle or even low speeds (45-50) it’s fine.
