Mind Games = god mode with the Phoenix + Intuition build. I have that exact build you posted but with Mind Games and not useless Radiance. I actually went through the Control tree first, took dramatic entrance then respecced to inner glow when I hit Mind games. Daze is godly in this game, especially for an upclose Firefly build.

Phasewalk is just so, so useful - spend points in reducing cooldown, and restoring health when you are in phasewalk. Spend points in increasing your shield capacity, damage caused by weapons, accuracy etc. You can experiment. Once you have spent skill points, tried it out and not liked the result - just respec.
Lilith's a very flexible character, with many different playstyles available. I found that the BL1 classmods offered a lot more guidance for builds than the classmods of BL2. Elemental 5/5 Quicksilver 5/5 radiance 5/5 intuition 5/5 phoenix. Assassin 5/5 Slayer 5/5 enforcer 5/5 high velocity. IMO you dont need to get these but they are useful blackout and phase strike. Cataclysm tree is your best bet for DPS but ... They're all really strong, and every class is equally viable. Raw DPS at level 69 however, Brick with the right build is the best, followed by Lillith. HOWEVER: DON'T play BL1 like BL2. BL1 is way more fun "Gun wise." All the manufacturers are great, (barring Eridian) all elements are viable, there aren't as many stupid gimmicks.
