Mekanism reactor.
The Fusion Reactor is a 5x5x5 spherical multiblock structure. It is primarily built out of Reactor Frames. The five central blocks on each of the four sides may be replaced by Reactor Glass or Reactor Ports. The bottom cannot include Reactor Glass, but does allow Ports.

However now I wanted to use a Mekanism Turbine to make the reactor even more efficient (goal was about 50 MRF/t) which I have build, but Im having trouble with two things now: Supplying the Reactor with water. The setup I used in a old version, like 1.8.9 was -100 Brian towers -10 lithium towers -400 neuron activators. -120 pumps -10 separator.

Fill it with sodium and put it on a low burning rate (for example 1) then start rising the burning rate slowly til you find a good sweet spot. Break all the blocks and rebuild it. You can still use the generated energy from the reactor even if it's water-cooled but it's just 102 mrf/t then. You need atleast 100 ultimate pressurized tubes to transport the 98'000'000 mb/t of Steam since the quantum entangloporter can only transfer around 8KB of steam per tick. I suggest just hooking the turbines up the the reactor directly.

It allows for a safer operating temperature in a normal playthrough, especially if you want to use it longterm. ATM is a kitchensink pack, so there's no normal playthrough. Most people will just cheese it with infinite water from other mods. But there's no rule saying that you have to cheese it I guess. 2.
