Reserve is the best map for money in general. Pretty much guaranteed 1+ mil a run if you survive the raid, the only issue is the rediculous amount of player scavs on that map, it's beyond insane. You can make bank on it for sure. I do notice a lot of player scavs but it hasn't really bothered me to be honest.

To get survived status you must either earn 200xp or extract when there is less than 8 minutes left on the raid timer. If you were to spawn in on a scav with 6 minutes left you can extract immediately with "Survived". 12.12 reduced raid times so this has become more noticeable, especially with factory.
