The casino is small and never really saw anyone winning at the machines. The pool is very small and has very limited seating unless you want to pay extra for a bed. Bought drinks at the bar in the casino only to find out that you can't bring them out to the pool. Of course the drinks at the pool are over priced. I prefer the Linq, just because a lot of the rooms at Flamingo are really run down. But if you can get a renovated room, I would go with the Flamingo. Both are pretty similar though. You'll get a younger party crowd and great location at both.
