Very simple my friend, you need to clean the terminals on the battery and the connection. If you go to Kragen or AutoZone, they sell this battery terminal cleaner for only $1 or $2. Its a 2 in 1 tool. Once your terminals are clean, you won't have that problem again. The power for the lights bypasses the fusible links, so they would work even if those links are blown. If you check it really well and find nothing wrong, check the ignition switch. The power for the ignition relay, fuel pump, and accessory relay (which provides the radio with power) go through that switch.
