The F1 wads are out-of-print, so I haven't used them. In 7/8 loads Rem wads with Win case and vice versa works the best. Like.

Before ordering, I checked Recob's and they also had the Rem SP20 wads a bit cheaper. Since I already had a order started with Recob's, I ordered from them. 2000 wads was the 'sweet spot' for shipping for my order. The devil is always in the details. However, the windjammer 20 ga. wad looks promising, if you can find any. Some of the Euro wads are said to have 1 oz. shot cups but they don't look like they will hold an oz. of shot to me. The SP16 has the shortest crush section, therefore the biggest payload room of any 16 gauge wads that I use. You might find a recipe for SG16S Guilandi, that's sold by BPI. The SP20 was the last 1 ounce 20 gauge wad, since the WAA20F1 disappeared. Those are loads that are supposedly safe with any hull/wad combination so long as you use the called for charge of powder with a non-magnum primer for the given shot weight. No guarantees crimps are going to be pretty.You will find many, many loads that call for the TC20 wad as that is one of the many wads that BPI sells. So, I've been looking and working on coming up with a 20g, 3", Bismuth load, utilizing Longshot Powder and Cheddite hulls. So far I seem to have come up fairly empty with that combination.
