I want to use my joystick to zoom and pan around the 3rd person view, both when on foot and when in a ship. Basically it only works now in a ship if I'm in quantum jump - by holding F4 and turning my joystick. But if I'm not in QT, holding F4 and moving joystick just moves the ship around instead of moving the camera in 3rd person view.
