Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed. The only chance withered is better is at about cata 46+. withered is still the best, provided you have a decent cata lvl.

Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him.
