ProMag makes a 10 round straight magazine without the nice grip at the bottom, the part that blends right into the frame. The incompatibility with standard .32 Auto FMJ is likely why Kel-Tec discontinued it. Use the Fiocchi XTP and be happy with no added expense or trouble.
