ACE reviews are typically not favorable. Raters will use ACE reviews to simply review the claim medical records and not waste the money to send you to the exam. I hope you are successful but like I said many of the ACE reviews I have seen done are denied.

When the VA requests a C&P they put very specific language as to what they're looking for. If your having a records review only then the VA most likely asked the examiner to review the records and give a medical opinion on that which doesn't require and in person meeting.
