Turn on the VPN. This is the only way to get the website to work. I tried Safari, Firefox and Edge Chromium and all need the VPN on. One of my phones needs the VPN on for wifi and one needs it off, go figure. The person I spoke to at Mint was clueless and made no mention of all the people experiencing the same issues.
